Chief Executive Officer: Kevin McNulty
Kevin McNulty is the Chief Executive of the International Securities Lending Association. He has worked in the securities lending industry for many years both in the UK and the US.
Prior to joining ISLA in August 2009, he worked for Barclays Global Investors where he ran the securities lending business in Europe and North America. Kevin is a past Chairman of the Association and a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Chief Operating Officer: Andrew Dyson
In March 2013, Andy became the Chief Operating Officer of the International Securities Lending Association. His previous role was EMEA Director Specialist Sales & Head of Account Management at Data Explorers (now Markit), where he was responsible for the day to day running of the group’s securities lending benchmarking services as well as the development of various risk and consultancy business in Europe.
Andy joined Data Explorers from Prudential M&G, where he was Head of Business Development and Risk for Securities Lending with responsibility for sales, marketing and product development. He was also directly responsible for the management of the team’s discrete IT resources, legal and compliance.
Prior to this Andy worked at Deutsche Bank for ten years. During which time he held senior marketing and product development positions within the Agency Securities Lending Business, including four years developing the bank’s fixed income repo franchise and front-office risk management tools as Repo Product Manager. He was also was heavily involved in the deployment of E-Commerce solutions for both clients and counterparts. Andy previously worked at HSBC in the commercial bank and corporate finance areas of the business.
Relationship Manager: Claire Davis
Claire joined the ISLA team in 2014, bringing with her language skills and experience of the agent lending side of the market gained from working for over 8 years within the securities lending Relationship Management team at State Street Bank Europe. Alongside account management, Claire was heavily involved in the implementation of a number of challenging projects and programme enhancements either through market product development or industry regulation changes.
Prior to State Street, Claire held positions for both ABN Amro Mellon and Commerzbank.
Business Manager: Yvette Hall
Responsible for overseeing the association’s administration, Yvette joined ISLA in 2011.
Yvette’s previous experience includes various roles in the construction industry, such as Handover Coordinator and Document Controller, working on major contruction projects.
She also has 10 years experience within HR as an Relocation Account Manager for a global car manufacturer.
