ISLA, AFME and ISDA publish briefing paper on short selling
We have been working closely with AFME and ISDA in responding to various European policymakers and regulators on the development of new regulations governing short selling.
We have jointly produced a number of briefing documents that describe different aspects of short selling and possible regulations and include a some background information, the benefits that short selling provides to society, and the implications of public disclosure and having to reserve shares ahead of short selling.
